WHO IS ON THE TEAM
THOMAS HAYDEN - FOUNDER & LEAD CONSULTANT
Thomas has been the managing director of Pristine Christine Cleaning, Moirs Point Mangawhai, and owner-operator of Spot on Cleaning.
​
In 2017, Thomas was hired as managing director of Moirs Point Mangawhai to transform it from a struggling into a flourishing business. During this time, Thomas oversaw the financial, marketing, administration, supplier & employee management, legal documentation, health & safety, maintenance, and project management operations. Within 2 years he had fulfilled his role by increasing revenue by 45% during this period.
More recently, Thomas has been working on Transform, from the startup phase through to working with a test client. During startup, Thomas worked on branding, developed operational systems, built a website, and conceptualized, then completed the ideally 7 step roadmap. As time progressed and Transform began a demo run of its roadmap, Thomas oversaw the growth and success within the business and personal life of a construction industry company in Australia, most notably helping facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of time management processes which resulted in improved work-life balance, reduced costs, and better decision-making.

With over 6 years of experience in business development processes, Thomas aims to actively seek more clients in the construction industry to bring about creative business solutions.
